Learning Letters follows a consistent Say, Build, See, Write learning sequence that helps students recognize, remember, and form letters with greater confidence.

Say
Children look at the letter and say its name aloud, building a clear connection between the spoken letter name and its symbol. This connection is the foundation for recognizing and recalling letters in books, words, and everyday print.

Build
Children roll and shape clay, then build the letter one part at a time. Using their hands makes the letter's lines, curves, and direction more concrete, helping children understand and remember its shape.

See
Children carefully study the clay letter they built, noticing its shape and orientation. Creating a strong 3-dimensional mental image of each letter helps them recognize letters more quickly, distinguish between letters that look similar, and write letters accurately from the start.

Write
Children transfer what they learned from the 3-dimensional clay letter to the printed page by tracing and writing it. This final step reinforces correct letter formation and helps children recall the letter independently.
